1515 Warde is Phase One of Two apartment buildings that will be developed on the 2.98 Acre Site. Phase One will consist of 77 luxury rental units while Phase Two will feature 72 luxury rental units, with an anticipated start of Fall 2020.
PROPERTY - BONAVISTA

STATUS - BONAVISTA
Full sub-division and zoning approval from the City of Winnipeg has been obtained, and the Bonavista community sub-division should be fully developed in the next four to five years, if not sooner. TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENTS - BONAVISTA
The two lanes of Warde Avenue will be extended westward to Evelyne Reese with an additional two lanes to follow by 2020. It is expected that by 2025 Warde Avenue is to be extended across the Seine River and west to St. Anne's Road.
